About this project

Deep dive into redesigning CRED's onboarding experience. Through 40+ user interviews and 3 rounds of usability testing, we identified that 62% of users dropped off at the credit score reveal. This redesign focuses on building trust before asking for commitment, using progressive disclosure and celebrating every milestone.
